Shipping and Returns
Thank you for shopping at Fisun Studio! We want you to love your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.
- SHIPPING
1.1. All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (please note there may be occasional delays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
1.2. Our products are made in Ukraine and are shipped worldwide from there via express shipping.
1.3. Free shipping is available in Ukraine via Nova Poshta.
1.4. For International orders, we offer free express shipping for purchases above 1000.00 Euro. Shipping rates for International orders below 1000.00 Euro are calculated at a checkout depending on the destination country. Delivery is made via Nova Global (5-15 days).
1.5. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once the shipment reaches your destination country. Fisun Studio is not responsible for these charges if they are applied, as they are your responsibility as the customer.
1.6. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us containing a tracking number to monitor its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
1.7. If your order has not arrived within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please reach out to us at support@fisun.studio with your name and order number, and we will investigate the matter for you.
- RETURNS
2.1. To initiate a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, with no damage or signs of use, including all original labels, tags, and packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
2.2. Contact us at support@fisun.studio to start a return within 7 days from the date you received the product. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
2.3. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item. We will promptly assess the issue and work to resolve it.
2.4. You are responsible for shipping the return to us using a carrier of your choice. Once we receive and verify the quality of your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any fluctuations in currency rates.
2.5. We reserve the right to decline returned goods if they are received at our warehouse after the 7-day return period or if their condition differs from when you received them.
2.6. Please note that returns are not accepted for gift cards, and returns for sale items will not be accepted after 7 days from the date of receipt.
2.7. Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please be aware that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
2.8. Please note that the refund period for payments made by bank card depends on the policy of the issuing bank.
